This one room studio is very much like a dormitory room, only quieter and more private. These units have no kitchen but have a full size refrigerator, and tenants can bring in their own microwave or cooking appliance.

The unit comes with a bathroom with tub and shower and vinyl composition tile. The utilities are included, however there is a reasonable limit to prevent abuse.

Units are wired for cable, We provide a Coin-operated laundry and bike racks. We are close to bike paths and Public Transportation, No smoking or animals allowed at any time.
