The flooring is vinyl composition tile, The unit has Air Conditioning and heat. The gas range and the refrigerator are included but the unit is otherwise unfurnished. 
Lease ends July 30th, but can be renewed for a 12 month period. We permit sublets with management approval. No animals permitted at any time. No smoking
